    HIIT Class

    Led by our head fitness coach, Gwen, High-Intensity Interval Training is a workout method that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and periods of lower-intensity recovery or rest. It is fun way to maximize calorie burn, improve cardiovascular fitness, and build strength in a time-efficient manner.

    Need more one-on-one help? Coach Gwen offers both online and in person coaching. She can meet with you in our weight room or help you push your limits with individualized programming. She will help you learn sound lifting technique, mind-muscle connection, and fitness fundamentals.
