What is Circuit Class?

Meet Coach Gwen

Cofounder of Prevail Jiu Jitsu and Head Fitness Coach, Gwen has five years of experience as a personal trainer and HIIT coach. A wife, mother, hobby farmer, and graphic designer, she thrives in a busy life but finds her true passion in helping others reach their goals. While she loves the jiu jitsu mats, the weight room was her first love. She got her start on the powerlifting platform but later shifted her focus to lifestyle and mentality coaching. She builds her community through events like Intro to Jiu Jitsu and Self-Defense Seminars, the 4th of July 4-Mile Ruck & Flag Carry, online programming, and weekly Circuit Classes. Whether you're a longtime friend or new to the gym, Gwen believes in you and wants to see you win.

FAQs

  • Not at all. Our Circuit classes are designed for all fitness levels. Every movement can be modified, and our coaches are there to help you find the right pace.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes, running shoes, and bring a water bottle. There are no shoes on the mats, but sometimes we take the workouts outside.

  • Each class runs 60 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down. It's efficient, focused, and effective.

  • Absolutely. Every class is coach-led. We explain, demonstrate, and help you through the entire workout — no guesswork.
